Employers are competing more than ever for talent. Yet, more than two-thirds of college students never receive the paid internships that are critical to launching careers. By expanding internship opportunities in MSP, we will inclusively grow the overall talent pool to the long-term benefit of employers and our regional economy. A big tent campaign can connect everyone who cares about this topic, including: companies, colleges and universities, non-profit organizations, and others.
