Forge North RFPs
Forge North is a regional coalition, powered by GREATER MSP, that is working to accelerate the startup ecosystem across the Greater Minneapolis-Saint Paul region. Forge North brings together entrepreneurs, investors, corporate innovators, leaders of entrepreneurial support organizations, and others across sectors to increase early-stage capital, advance racial equity, and increase large enterprise participation in the startup ecosystem.
The Forge North Angel Activation Campaign is one of several signature coalition projects. Its objective is to activate more angel investors in local startup companies, including a lens on underrepresented communities in angel investing such as Black, Brown and Women investors. Angels provide early, critical capital to help entrepreneurs start and scale their businesses. While the region is home to a robust network of local angel investors, that network is capable of significant growth. The angel activation campaign is providing critical education, connections, and on-ramps into angel investing through the Angel Basecamp at forgenorth.com, the annual Angel Fest event, the Catalyst cohort, and additional outreach across the state of Minnesota.
